Are your yards fenced and secure?
Yes, most of our properties are fenced and offer gated access. Additional security features such as cameras and lighting may vary by location.
Do you provide utilities on-site (water, electricity, etc.)?
Most of our yards have utilities either on the property or at the edge of the property and easily pulled onto the premises. Let us know your needs and we’ll help direct you in the right direction.
Are your yards accessible 24/7?
Yes, all of our yards offer 24/7 access.
How quickly can I move in?
In many cases, you can begin using your leased yard within days of signing. We’ll work with you to make the transition as fast and easy as possible.
Do you offer any improvements like grading or surfacing?
Some properties are already improved with compacted material. We do offer build-to-suite scenarios.
What is required to lease a yard?
We require a signed lease agreement, proof of insurance, and a security deposit. We will walk you through our streamlined process to get you onto the property.
