History

Ray purchased his first small Light Industrial property back in 2008 with the goal of building a future for his family, and paid a 50% premium for that property — which at the time was just a plain crazy idea. However, with some patience, hard work, perseverance, and a little bit of luck, he landed his first leasing tenant, which resulted in a 10-year ground lease agreement and an unbelievable win-win business deal where everyone made money. To this day, it is the most profitable and lucrative property he has ever purchased, and the search to duplicate this will likely never be repeated — but his perseverance, desire, and search will never end. Once he got a taste of analyzing ROI data, putting a proposal together, and witnessing the success on both sides, he was literally addicted to the industrial real estate market. Starting in 2016, TXAZ, LLC went into a very focused and aggressive acquisition mode, which continues today — seeking light industrial properties throughout Texas and Arizona. Co-Founder, Secretary and Treasurer, Arlene is not only the BIG BOSS, but she is also responsible for keeping the spending under control, all the bills paid and the paperwork organized for the CPA’s to process. Arlene’s attention to detail ensures the day-to-day operations is moving forward smoothly.

Neal R. Swinney

Neal heads up all TXAZ, LLC property research and data collection for new property acquisitions. Neal’s expertise and performance finding the right deal with both cashflow potential and very lucrative capitalization rates has made a huge contribution to thegrowth of our company.

Halle heads up Marketing and is heavily involved with website development, SEO and advertising.
